The month kicks off with our Intention Setting Call where you’ll be guided to set powerful intentions and be introduced to a like-minded community that is there to provide uplifting support.

Exclusive guides to The Power of Your Beliefs and The Shift - Intention Setting Workbook that gives you in-depth practical information on how to create transformative change in your life through meditation and your choices.

Daily meditations streamed live Monday-Friday, available in recording throughout the month to support you in accountability and consistency.
Each live meditation runs from 8AM-830AM EST and the recording is saved to the page for you to access. The meditation include an intro, 15-20 minutes of meditation as well as a closing to teach you how to bring the lessons of meditation off the cushion with you.
Each month you’ll be guided through 4 frameworks of meditation:
WEEK ONE: Awaken: To the power of your mind, your intention, and become aware of the patterns in your subconscious.
WEEK TWO: Uncover: Your inner wisdom, true potential, & the confidence to take empowered action.
WEEK THREE: Undo: Conditioned patterns and stifling beliefs to create inner freedom while clearing space for your intentional self.
WEEK FOUR: Embody: A new state of being that reflects your values and a greater alignment to your vision.
These are specifically designed and structured to guide you throughout the month from intention to embodiment.

The Shift - Monthly Membership is held on a monthly basis and typically starts the first Sunday of every month.
It is held on a monthly basis in order to provide a practice that deepens your awareness throughout the month. Meaning, that if you miss the sign up at the start of the month you will need to wait for the following month to join.
Once you sign up, you’ll be given more information via the confirmation email on how to access your membership portal, the meditations and all other programming. Please be sure to read it upon signing up to avoid missing any important information.

Yes! The Shift with its personalized coaching and structured meditation is actually incredibly impactful for beginner meditators because you have a space to ask all the questions that we don’t have an opportunity to ask when using guided apps.
The structure of the meditation programming also guides you deeper into the practice. Each meditation is 15-20 minutes long and done through a guided mindfulness and visualization technique utilized by beginner meditators as well as experts.
Though 15-20 minutes of meditation may sounds like a lot for beginners, the way the meditations are guided is truly very accessible. (Many members who start off as beginners are surprised at how quickly the time passes!)

No, attending all the programming (meditations, workshops, personalized coaching hours) at their live times is not mandatory.
The Shift is created to give you structure and accountability in your practice by providing tools, resources and knowledge that fit the flexibility of your modern life.
The meditations and workshops are recorded so that you can watch and participate at your own time. The personalized coaching hours are not recorded due to the nature of the call, however if you miss it you have many more opportunities to create that community connection.

Yes, whether you’re on subscription or on the one-time monthly investment you are able to cancel at anytime. If you are on subscription, just be sure to cancel before your renewal date to ensure you are not charged for the following month.
