Our mind is our most powerful asset and within The Shift we start learning to use it to our advantage.
Beyond the surface of our awareness, lies our subconscious, the part of our mind that runs the show. Our subconscious paints the perspective of our life. It’s responsible for our beliefs, habits, behaviors, actions and reactions. It’s the reason why you may find it difficult to commit to new positive habits or why you may find yourselves reliving certain patterns you just want to get rid of.
The Shift is designed to tap you into your subconscious so you can create new patterns that are in alignment with the empowered you.
Within The Shift, we call the empowered version of yourself - your Real Self, True Self, Highest Self. However, this process is less about “doing” more and more about learning to trust the guidance of your powerful inner wisdom. (That’s already within.)
Each month within The Shift, you’ll have the opportunity to unlock a deeper connection with your own inner wisdom and access the power of your mind through monthly intentions, daily meditations & guided imagery, workshops, guest speakers, & lessons designed to bring you into a deeper state of clarity as you (lovingly) undo the B.S beliefs that keep you stuck.
As these old patterns shed, we begin to align the mind with our intuition and you’ll be left with a deeper sense of freedom to make choices that support the Real you.

Hi All and Welcome to The Shift!
I’m Dom! I founded The Shift in October 2022 after experiencing the transformative benefits of Tibetan Buddhist meditation in my own life and wanting to share this practice in a consistent, impactful, down-to-earth way.
A lot of people ask me how I got into this work, and the truth is - I feel that this curiosity into “self” and the way our mind creates our “reality” has always been with me. (My dad even recalls me reading classic self-help books as early as middle school.)
This curiosity picked up major momentum in college while I was studying Communications - which not only introduced me to a world of communication theories, but also sociology and psychology. Simultaneously, I stumbled upon my first spirituality book and was absolutely MIND BLOWN by the connection between what was written in the book and the realizations I’d been having in my school work.
That’s where this full blown passion started, but there was a lot of stuff that happened in between there and here - a post-college existential crises, a career all over the marketing industry, an on-and-off relationship with meditation and then of course the pandemic, which brought up a ton of hidden things and finally pushed me towards my own deep healing journey as well as finally committing to my meditation practice.
In the midst of this healing journey, my coach guided me to the true power of meditation - not as something we do to “relax”, but as a practice we can use to really impact the way we show up in life.
As I began to practice both on-and-off the cushion, everything shifted. I started to see patterns in my life that I hadn’t realized were keeping me stuck and started to take the intentional steps to change them.
When I saw the impact meditation was having in my life and how it made everything I read in the personal improvement books I devoured finally click - my mind exploded. I thought to myself “how do more people not know about this?!”. That led me to getting certified in meditation through a 200-HR Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Teacher Training.
Since then I’ve been using the practice to not only uncover my own True Self further, but guide my clients do the same.
In my own life, this practice has helped me "unstick" myself, show up as the person I want to be, forge closer relationships than ever with my loved ones, transition from my full-time role to pursue a lifelong passion, and engage in sharing the practice with a range of clients, including 1:1, brand, hospitality, and Fortune 500 corporate clients—all while feeling more authentically myself than ever before. (And so much more—the list of joys and benefits that come with this journey is truly endless.)
What I look to share with you: is a practice and a membership that gives you the support to do the same. To uncover YOUR True Self (beyond all the noise the mind throws at us), learn to trust it so you can let go of any B.S. beliefs and experience life as the person you want to be.
